Qualcast site currently down

Thanks to Richard Woods for pointing out that the Qualcast website is currently down.  Some of the mower manuals listed here can also be found on other websites, so those links have been updated and now work.  Other manual links from the list will be updated as other sources for the manuals are discovered.
