DR mower manuals

DR sells a variety of mowers, trimmers, and attachments.  Owner's manuals, parts manuals, and wiring schematics for a lot of these models can be found on the DR website.  Many DR manuals are also listed below, some of which can be found on the DR website and some of which can't.

  1. I own a DR CEM 1000 mower. The factory solution to almost any repair is "buy a new mower".
    If the hand switch goes bad (101931 Blade Control assembly) you will need to drill and EZout the four blank head plastic screws that hold the assembly closed. These screws are really, really, hardened steel. Get a new, extra crazy hard 1/8 bit. and a screw extractor for that size. Those "as seen on TV" screw extractors don't cut it. Once you've got it partially open, don't mess with the safety switch if you don't have to, you'll find a basic micro switch with a long bat handle with three spade quick connects. All I needed to do was reconnect a pulled connection. I'm still mowing away. GH
